Dear AFA,

As of late I've been disappointed with the e-mails you have sent out for information and calls to action. The recent e-mail I received regarding Sean Hannity is the most recent AND most disappointing.

Sean Hannity is a popular radio host. To date, I've not seen any indication that he is a committed Christian (and when he was on the air in Atlanta you would have never gotten that idea either) and I do not understand why the AFA or any other Christian group would be excited about his appearance. Mr. Hannity is nothing but a mouth piece for the empire that is the Bush Administration. Seldom does he display any critical thinking regarding Republican policy.

* Note * Before you dismiss my e-mail because you think I'm a liberal expressing sour grapes, you need to understand that I'm a registered Republican that has voted for Republicans at both a local and national level since 1984. * Continuing *

I'm not sure why the AFA is willing to have Mr. Hannity as a speaker when he continues to spout the party line without questioning any of the actions the administration has taken that STOMP all over the Constitution. It seems odd that an organization that is so continually fighting to ensure that we maintain our rights, especially voting, free speech and freedom of Religion, under the Constitution would be willing to have someone of Mr. Hannity's ilk.

I'm staying subscribed for now, but it seems like I'm the last of my friends (virtually all committed, tithing leaders in the church by the way) that is hanging on. I wonder why that is?

Sincere regards,
Phillip J. Zannini

PS Having Governor Romney there is also no incentive. As a resident of the Commonwealth of MA, I know first hand that Mitt Romney is no friend to the pro-life movement and has cut education funding as well as threatening to cut library funding (which is very important to home schooling families).
